Intensive training for future officers of the STS Pogoria tall ship We invite you to a specialized training voyage designed to prepare future officer personnel for the responsible role aboard a sailing ship on a regular voyage. This is a week of intensive learning, practice, and teamwork under the guidance of an experienced crew. During the voyage, participants will not only improve their sailing skills, but will also learn watchkeeping management, decision-making at sea, and working with the crew – in other words, everything that is essential in the role of an officer. The training includes both practical deck work and specialized theoretical classes conducted by four instructors from various fields of sailing and maritime safety.
