Intensive training for future officers of the STS Pogoria sailing ship We invite you to a specialist training voyage designed to prepare future deck officers for the responsible role on board a sailing vessel. This is a week of intensive learning, hands-on practice, and teamwork under the guidance of an experienced crew. During the voyage, participants will not only refine their sailing skills, but also learn watchkeeping management, decision-making at sea, and working with the crew — in other words, everything essential in the role of an officer. The training includes both practical work on deck and specialist theoretical classes led by four lecturers from different fields of sailing and maritime safety.
