Bluenose II
Bluenose II is a faithful replica of the legendary racing schooner Bluenose, the undefeated "Queen of the North Atlantic" that dominated the International Fishermen's Cup through the 1920s and '30s. Built in 1963 at the same Lunenburg shipyard by many of the same craftsmen, she was gifted to Nova Scotia in 1971 and now serves as the province's official sailing ambassador. A major hull rebuild was completed in 2012.
